This is an idea where I was looking to solve a problem within the problem.

A simple tweak to a piece of ticketing site functionality turned an everyday act into a road safety behaviour change tool.

Like Wonderful Hold Music, this is an  idea where the interaction is baked into the experience, rather being something you need to endure.
